Chatham Station
Chatham Station is located along the railroad tracks in Historic Downtown Cary. It is a bright and airy warehouse space with lots of fun and glam elements. Their seven garage bay doors and overhead skylight welcome outdoor lighting, even on rainy days. Chatham Station is a favorite space among photographers. Couples love the open spacious floorplan, chic changing suites, and the feel of being in a city without the hassles of a larger city!
Chatham Station can accommodate a maximum capacity of 225 guests for a cocktail-style reception. For a fully seated reception, up to 175 is a comfortable number for the space. They offer 4,500 square feet of open indoor space and 1600 square feet of fenced patio space that can be covered by a tent. Chatham Station is an industrial yet polished venue with endless potential for any budget and vision.

Melrose Knitting Mill
Melrose Knitting Mall is a historic venue located in downtown Raleigh. The event space is an elegant banquet hall with plenty of natural light. This sunlight streams in through 24 large, arched windows set into the exposed brick walls and sparkles off two rows of crystal chandeliers. Above the festivities, rough cut beams add to the rustic ambiance, while dancing and dining take place on rich hardwood floors. A custom bar rounds out a sophisticated industrial-style lounge. Couples who choose to wed in this venue will be enchanted by the chic aesthetic that these stunning features create.
Melrose Knitting Mill is situated above Mulino Italian Kitchen and is exclusively catered by Mulino, which offers a range of catering menus that include buffets, plated, and stationed dinners. J&J’s clear top heated tent is situated over the water and outdoor seating area at Mulino, for some additional atmosphere in the winter months.

Rand-Bryan House
Rand-Bryan House
The Rand-Bryan House is a rustic, yet elegant wedding venue located in Garner, North Carolina. The historic 19th-century home, scenic porch, and picturesque grounds are available for both your ceremony and reception. Situated 20 minutes from downtown Raleigh, the rural 135-acre farm is great for hosting both intimate gatherings and grand affairs.
Couples can accommodate up to 150 guests at this scenic venue. For your ceremony, you can say your “I do’s” in our beautiful, intimate garden or spacious side yard. Native trees and blooming bushes surround the house and provide a relaxing, beautiful southern setting for your cocktail hour. Guests can enjoy the lush green grass as you dance the night away under the stars. Host your reception inside the house, on the front lawn, or under a tent surrounded by evergreens. The Rand-Bryan House also has a romantic wrap-around porch, perfect for cocktail hour, mingling with guests, or simply sitting in a rocking chair to enjoy a beautiful evening. If you prefer an indoor event, the beautiful historic house, built in 1871, is perfect. It features hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an abundance of natural light. You can exchange your vows in our sunroom for a romantic and intimate ceremony, and the space can be converted to get the party started for your reception!
